The owner of this property has grand plans for developing the site. They asked us to investigate a number of design options. The first option investigates adding a second story to the existing house while also giving the house a completely different look. A second investigation keeps the existing Spanish style stucco house and adds a new two story accessory dwelling behind. New zoning codes in this area would give many options for adding dwelling to the property.
