SW Portland ADU-over Garage Addition

The owner of an existing cape style home wanted to update and expand living options on their property. In order to accommodate a growing family and the possibility of income producing options, the owner asked us to design a new ADU over a garage.
The new ADU and garage are attached to the existing house by a new entry/foyer.
