At 4,000 square feet, this cabin is much more of a mountain retreat than simple cabin. The three story home is in the foothills of Mount Hood, near the Sandy River. Special attention was paid to increasing views to the river and hills beyond. Because of potential flooding issues, the garage serves as a base for the more finished second and third floors.The third floor bedroom suite and balcony overlook a large living-dining and kitchen space below.
