Fremont Retail Study

Sometimes, we are interested in projects that have no client. We noticed that a property close to our office, formerly a local restaurant, was on the market. We inquired with the property broker about the status of the project and if we could propose some possible site adaptations. The broker agreed and we proposed two options for mixed use development of the site. At Korbich Architects, we are always looking for opportunities for good design.
