Southeast Warehouse

A private developer owns this historic warehouse building in southeast Portland primarily used as office and retail use. The portion of the building we were asked to upgrade to industrial use was once a two story storage space off of the building’s loading docks. The Owner now can lease these spaces out to new tenants for light industrial use. Due to client request, we can not show interior photos
