Alameda Remodel
This was an interior remodel which includes a new kitchen, powder room and laundry on the first floor as well as a family room, bathroom and guest room in the basement.
"We worked with Jennifer Korbich for the architectural design for the remodel of our kitchen, basement and conversion of garage space to storage/laundry/powder room. Jennifer provided several 3D design options and was very patient as our ideas of design evolved, with the plans being changed and tweaked. We also appreciated her guidance on the permitting process, and saving the budget a bit by doing it ourselves. Jennifer had recommended our contractor and her strong working relationship with them was also a plus. We would definitely use Korbich Architects again and would recommend them for their professionalism and quality work."
