Irvington ADU

In the Irvington Historic District of Portland, remodels and additions are very restrictive. An accessory dwelling unit situated behind the main house built in 1928 was a perfect solution for an additional space needed for this three generation family. By using 3d models we were able to show the client the best solution for maintaining their budget, site constraints and the light filled modern space they were looking to achieve in as little as 562 square feet.
